Grant M. Freeman represents workers in discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases. He is an active member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association and Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
Grant represents workers through the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Bureau of Labor and Industries in Oregon, Washington State Human Rights Commission, state and federal trial courts. Grant also investigates discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace. Grant advises workers on their rights so they can make the best decision for their situation.
Grant has worked in a variety of work environments ranging from retail sales and warehousing to the United States military. Grant strongly believes that no matter where you work or what your job is, every employee must be treated fairly. Discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace cannot be tolerated. Grant chose to become an employment law attorney because every person has a fundamental right to earn a living. Every person also has the right to a discrimination, harassment and retaliation free work environment. Grant strongly believes in fighting for the rights of workers and opposing unfair treatment in the workplace.
Grant served five years in the United States Navy as a corpsman. He enjoys volunteering and assisting others including veterans . Grant enjoys living in the Pacific Northwest and all of the outdoor activities available in the area.
